We do not currently ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Shipping Process

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that in some cases, it may take up to 5 working days for your order to be shipped however, rest assured that your order should still arrive within the delivery timeframe stated above.

Occasionally, orders may be delayed in customs. We have taken this into account when stating our delivery times, so it’s normal to see tracking pause for a time if you are closely tracking your shipment. If your order hasn’t arrived by the stated delivery date, please contact us HERE.

Why are items in my order shipped in separate packages?

Usually, we try to have all your items shipped together. Despite that, we may choose to split your order to ensure you get it sooner. If that happens, you’ll get a separate tracking number for every package. Don’t worry – even if we send multiple packages, we’ll never charge you more than the shipping cost you saw during checkout.
